Refund policy

All orders are eligible for a full refund if canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Returns are accepted only if requested within 24 hours of delivery and must be completely unopened. A free packing slip will be provided for approved returns, and a full refund will be issued upon receipt by Egg Brigade. Requests outside these timeframes will not be honored.
